Nicole Smith

With almost 15 years under her belt, Nicole is an experienced Architect with a demonstrated history of working on multiple project types such as educational, public, corporate, retail and ; hospitality, as well as projects of various scales; from 2,000 sq. ft. – 500,000 sq. ft. This diverse experience has helped to develop her creative solutions to design and project management challenges.

In addition, Nicole also has a soft spot for sustainable design. She has successfully achieved certification on multiple large-scale LEED projects; her first one being an ambitious, Double Platinum Certified commercial office building for Commercial Interiors and Building Design & Construction. She credits her success to her communication and leadership skills, which are vital to orchestrate a multi-consultant endeavor.

Nicole understands the importance of involvement of the project from the initial concept, contract management, to end of construction. She feels that being involved in this integrated manner puts clients at ease, knowing that there is someone on their team committed and invested to the success of the project. Her focus on design quality and construction details has resulted in projects that have exceeded client expectations.
