Lecture Halls Renovations
Solutions Architecture was commissioned to prepare concepts for the renovations of two Lecture Hall’s at Seton Hall’s Fahy Hall. Each 950 square foot Lecture Hall has traditional stadium seating and the University was looking to modernize and upgrade the rooms to serve for Freshman Orientation and other high-end functions. The renovations involved: Complete interior finishes including carpeting, ceilings, acoustical treatments. New lighting and state-of-the-art AV Controls and equipment for presentations. The project also included mitigating water infiltration that was entering these basement level rooms and causing significant damage. Excavating at the exterior and coating the foundation wall along with drainage piping served as the solution.
