What accomplishments are you most proud of from your first year with Solutions?

I am most proud of completing my first bid set/project. My first bid set after becoming full time was the Bogota CTE project and it has been a great learning tool and a fun opportunity to be able to see a project fully through schematic now into construction.

In what ways have you integrated into our company culture, and what do you value most about it?

I enjoying collaborating with the PMs even the ones not on a project I am working on to pick there brain or even get there perspective on a decision that needs to be made. I value the openness of all the other employees at solutions willing to answer all my questions and help me grow in my position.

How have your experiences at Solutions Architecture contributed to your personal and professional growth over the past two years?

My two years at solutions has helped me grow so much after graduating; they have helped develop my construction knowledge and quick ability to adapt in situations. Also the ability to have worked on different projects and their different stages of constructions has helped me put real life examples to drawings I have done or am working on.

Work life balance is important to Solutions Architecture, what is your favorite thing to do outside of the office?

My favorite thing to do outside the office is to read or to travel.
