    Solutions Architecture has served the Bergenfield Public Schools as the district 's Architect of Record since the 2009-2010 school year. The district has been very happy with the quality of their work during this time. Bergenfield Public Schools has been able to complete several capital projects on time and under budget.


    Examples of completed projects include but are not limited to toilet renovations, roof replacements, classroom renovations, HVAC installations, unit ventilator replacements, and an addition. We are very happy with the results of these projects as they have met or exceeded our expectations.

    Construction projects are generally a librarian's worse nightmare, but having had the good fortune to work with Frank Messineo, and his team at Solutions Architecture, the bad dreams never came to pass.


    Mr. Messineo's task was a challenging one: design vibrant rooms for Children and Teens, to accommodate the needs of 21st century patrons and house 7,000 volumes, while keeping the stately charm of Verona Library's 1923 Carnegie building intact. The results were magnificent. Frank and his team worked patiently with staff, determined our needs, anticipated requirements we had but hadn't realized ourselves, and presented a design, well within deadline, that far exceeded our expectations. Eight months after grand opening, patrons are still over the moon with our beautiful new Children's Room and Teen Room. We are now in the process of planning a major renovation, to install a much needed and long-overdue elevator that will require an 18' extension, and to bring this grand old building back to its former glory. I would only want the project in the hands of Solutions Architecture.
