I am currently enrolled as a full time student in my 4th year at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. So far in my college career I have taken courses in sustainability, construction management, structural assemblies and design. The projects I have done in school range from small-scale to large-scale housing types, low income buildings, educational facilities, as well as public facilities.

School has taught me to use multiple programs such as AutoCAD, Revit-Building Information Modeling (BIM), as well as more design oriented programs, such as Illustrator and Photoshop. I have worked closely with Habitat for Humanity here in Newark in order to design a low-income housing prototype which could be utilized in any city surroundings.

Through my schooling, as well as my current internship, I am striving to learn as much as I can to become familiar with all aspects of architecture from design to construction to seeing a project finished. School, up until now, has been more design oriented and this is the time I am trying to learn as much as I can to be a valuable asset to the firm.
